Please be advised that all guests, including children staying at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers, are required to present valid identification upon check-in which may be either a Passport or National ID.
100% of the booked period will be charged should a guest depart ahead of the booked date of departure. In the case of advance payment, the amount will be non-refundable.
- Until 12:00 hours: Complimentary
- Thereafter: The full night charge will apply.
- Within 30 days prior to arrival
- All rooms cancelled and no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100%.
In the event of a “no show” on the date of arrival, a 100% cancellation fee for all room nights booked will be applicable.
