How do I apply for a visa?
Mandatory Requirements:
- Passport-sized photo with a white background.
- Colour copy of the passport clearly showing the full name, nationality, date and place of birth, passport number, date of issue, and expiry date.
- Valid passport with at least six months validity at the time of travel.
Confirmed hotel booking through K.I.T. Group Middle East is a must to apply for a visa with us.
- Visa applications will be accepted until 20 October 2026.
- Visa fee is AED 750.00 (Inclusive of travel insurance & UAE VAT).
- Visa processing will take 7 working days for all (subject to Immigration approval).
- Working days in the UAE are from Monday to Friday.
- The 30-day single-entry visa is valid for entry into the UAE in accordance with the validity stated on the issued visa. Once the holder enters the UAE, the permitted stay is 30 days, subject to the conditions specified by the UAE Immigration authorities.
Delegates who are not eligible for a visa on arrival must apply for a visa in advance through their regional UAE Embassy or Consulate Office or can email us at registration@esr.ae should they want us to pre-arrange the visa.
Below is the list of countries for which the UAE has temporarily restricted issuing new visas:
Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Cameroon, Lebanon, Libya, Nigeria, Somalia, Sudan, Uganda and Yemen.
- Important Note: Visa issuance is subject to approval by the UAE Immigration authorities. Visa fees are non-refundable in the event that an application is rejected.
