Call for Abstracts
Submit your Abstract for ESR Annual Meeting 2026
Share your original work, research, challenges, and ideas related to rheumatology and related diseases by submitting your abstract for the upcoming ESR Annual Meeting 2026. The submission is open to consultants, specialists, general practitioners, rheumatologists, residents, and fellows.
Abstract submission is open until Thursday, 10 September 2026, at 23:59 UAE time (GMT+4).
The ESR Annual Meeting Committee will review and select the abstracts to be presented as posters during the conference.
Submit your abstracts now via email at abstracts@esr.ae.
Submission Guidelines
The abstracts should only be submitted via email.
The deadline for abstract submission is on Thursday, 10 September 2026.
There is a limit of three (3) contributed submissions per author.
The official language for abstract submission and presentation is English.
Your abstract should be structured in different sections such as: Introduction, Methodology, Results, Conclusions, Acknowledgements (if applicable) and References.
Submitted abstracts should not be longer than 3,500 characters including spaces (excluding references).
Corrections to abstracts can only be made until the deadline Thursday, 10 September 2026.
The notification of acceptance/rejection of the abstracts will be sent to you via email on Monday, 28 September.
Contributions will only be published if at least one of the authors is registered on or before Monday, 12 October 2026.
