Dr. Nasra Al Adhoubi currently works as a Consultant Rheumatologist and the Head of the Rheumatology Unit at the Royal Hospital in Oman.

In this pivotal role, she orchestrates a diverse spectrum of rheumatology clinics, with a dedicated focus on enhancing the quality of life for our patients. Her practice is distinguished by the incorporation of Musculoskeletal (MSK) Ultrasounds during patient consultations, a technique instrumental in the early detection of inflammatory arthritis, thereby significantly refining patient management strategies.

Dr. Nasra was a President-elect of Oman Society of Rheumatology (20219 – 2021).

Dr. Nasra also serves as a Trainer for the Oman Medical Specialty Board (OMSB), focusing on rheumatology. Her responsibility is the training and development of resident doctors, adopting an evidence-based, patient-centric teaching approach.
